This delightfully dry red wine is pulled from California’s Central Valley. The goal was to curate an old-world style Syrah in new world terroir. It is reminiscent of highly-coveted Northern Rhone style Syrah, with a dried meat and game nose that carries all the way through the leathery palate, ripe black fruit and signature olive aromas give way to dark mocha and mouthwatering bacon finish. Very light oak, as the fruit is the star power here, and naturally high acidity makes this a decadent pairing for roasted lamb and grilled root vegetables, cured meat plates, and
rich, full-bodied, softer cheeses.
